Waltham Forest Council
In 2018, Waltham Forest Council approved a revised Masterplan for Fellowship Square, previously Waltham Forest Town Hall Campus.
The campus redevelopment is divided between two phases, the first of which includes the refurbishment of the Grade II listed Town Hall, creation of a new Civic Square and a new water feature and is being delivered by the Council.
