It looks horrible and Walthamstow doesn't need any more house because we have 1000 being built at Homebase and there is no care park so the road are going to be packed no open area you need more green space lower the height of the flats so you can actually see the town hall if you live in one of the back houses they look ugly they look like prisons to close together two big Walthamstow has had the townhall for ages and you just want to come and make it look ugly it looks way better with out the flats
